Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 2026
Oter. is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – level AA, and in line with the principles of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), in force since 28 June 2025. This statement applies to the website https://oter-agency.vercel.app.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A to the UNI EN 301549:2018 standard (WCAG 2.1) and with the requirements of Annex A to Italian Ministerial Decree 5 July 2005 (WCAG 2.0), due to the limitations listed below.
Measures implemented for the most inclusive experience possible: clear and direct language, responsive layout readable on every device, adequate visual contrast on the brand palette, keyboard navigation, respect for the system's "reduce motion" preference (prefers-reduced-motion) across all animations on the site, alternative text for key images.
While aiming to also meet several level AAA criteria, we officially declare compliance at level AA, in line with applicable regulations.
Non-accessible content
Some videos embedded in the service presentation pages do not yet include captions or transcripts.
Some third-party interactive components (the Cal.com booking widget and the Google reCAPTCHA anti-spam check) follow their own providers' accessibility standards, which are not directly controlled by Oter.
Some decorative and animated visual elements may need further improvements in ARIA semantics for assistive technology users.
We are continuously working to resolve these issues.
European Accessibility Act (EAA) implementation
The site is designed with the provisions of the European Accessibility Act in mind, in force since 28 June 2025, in particular to ensure interoperability with assistive technologies, simplified access to content, forms and information, and service accessibility for users with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.
This statement will be updated as technical and regulatory developments occur.
